Незважаючи на те що в сучасній продукції використовують практично ті ж самі інгредієнти, кабачкова ікра по ГОСТу сучасних виробників не відрізняється вишуканістю смаку. Та й ціна не завжди приваблює. Якщо у вас є час, краще приготуйте ікру самостійно і порадуйте своїх домашніх ікрою з кабачків, як при СРСР. Такий продукт можна заготовлювати на зиму.

Інгредієнти для закуски як в СРСР

Всі інгредієнти, необхідні при виготовленні кабачкової ікри по ГОСТу для рецепта, завжди у великій кількості у городників. Та й жителям міст придбати їх не доставить особливих зусиль і матеріальних витрат.

Отже, нам будуть потрібні для приготування ікри по ГОСТу на зиму:

• кабачок – 3 кг;
• масло рослинне рафіноване – 0, 3 л;
• цибуля ріпчаста – 1 кг;
• морква – 1 кг;
• паста томатна – 3 столові ложки з гіркою;
• зубчики часнику (великі) – 8 штук;
• цукровий пісок – 1 столова ложка;
• перець чорний мелений – 2 г (можна замінити чорним перцем горщиком – 10 штук і запашним 5 горошин);
• корінь селери або петрушки (подрібнений) 1 столова ложка.
• кухонна сіль (НЕ йодованої!) – 1, 5 столових ложки;
• оцтова есенція 70% – 1-2 столові ложки (з огляду на смакові переваги і розмір ложки).

Готуємо ікру по ГОСТу на зиму

Попередження! Перед приготуванням ікри спочатку ретельно промиваємо все овочі, оскільки навіть маленька піщинка здатна привести продукцію в непридатність і стати причиною недуги домашніх.

Для якісної ікри на зиму краще підходять молоденькі кабачки, в яких ще не сформувалися насіння. У них, на відміну від перезрілих овочів, не доведеться видаляти м’якоть. Та й консистенція готової закуски виходить ніжніше.

Вимиті і висушені кабачки очищають, нарізають шматочками.

Викладають невеликими порціями на сковороду з розпеченим маслом, поки вся заготовка не буде протушкувати. Обсмажуються кабачки на середньо-сильному вогні без кришки, щоб випарувалася зайва рідина.

Важливо! Приспущені шматочки повинні стати прозорими.

Цибулю і моркву

Очищений і промитий під проточною водою ріпчаста цибуля для ікри ріжуть кубиками. Щоб цей овоч не змусив вас заливатися сльозами, можна потримати його в морозилці або присипати дошку невеликою кількістю солі.

Корінь петрушки або селери промити і порізати на шматочки.

Для кабачкової ікри на зиму ГОСТ 2002 морква шаткують на крупній тертці або нарізають соломкою. Підготовлені овочі та коріння окремо (дозволяється за рецептом ГОСТ і одночасно) пасерують в розігрітій олії на сковороді при закритій кришці до розм’якшення хвилин 5-10.

Всі овочі складаємо в один казан. Масло з сковорідок зливаємо туди ж.

Очищені і промиті зубчики часнику пропустити через давилку. Його не потрібно обсмажувати. Спускається цей пряний овоч майже перед завершенням варіння ікри з кабачків.

Щоб вийшла ікра з кабачків на зиму, по ГОСТу подрібнення на м’ясорубці – не найвдаліший варіант, так як склад не буде однорідним. Звичайно, наші мами і бабусі так і надходили, але сьогодні цю процедуру краще виконати за допомогою погружного блендера.

Порада! Щоб не отримати опіків при подрібненні овочів, злегка остудіть масу.

The Rubik’s Cube puzzle toy debuts internationally during January at a toy fair in London. The United States Olympic ice hockey team makes history at the 1980 Lake Placid Winter Olympics on February 22nd in what was later called the “Miracle on Ice.” The U.S. Team, composed of mostly college-level players, defeated the four-time gold medal winning team from the Soviet Union in one of the greatest upsets in sports history. The game was the semi-final and would determine who would go on to compete for the gold. the Soviet team had not lost a single Olympic hockey game since 1968 and were the heavy favorites, but the Americans amazingly beat them with a score of 4-3 and continued on to the final match, winning again against Finland. This was the second time that the United States had won the gold medal in Olympic hockey.

The innovative product featured a square, yellow notepad that had a lightweight and sticky adhesive strip on the back of each note, making it removable. The product was created by the 3M corporation in 1974 by scientists Spencer Silver and Art Fry. Silver had created the adhesive earlier and Fry came up with the idea to use the adhesive on a note. The notes were then market tested in 1978 under the name “Press n’ Peel.” By 1980, interest in the product increased and they were officially added to shelves in stores across the country.

Цибулю також помити, і порізати невеликими кубиками.

У м’ясорубці подрібнити кабачки та цибулю.

Перекласти все в каструлю з товстим дном, найкраще в казан.

Ставимо кабачкову ікру на вогонь і варимо протягом 50 хвилин. Обов’язково помішувати кабачки.

Далі додати томатну пасту, майонез або сметану, сіль, таємний інгредієнт – курячу приправу.

Гасити ще 30 хвилин кабачкову ікру.

Кабачкова ікра повинна сильно загуснути. Обов’язково готувати її під кришкою, але помішувати кожні 5 хвилин.
